I make space for a handful of these sessions each week. At your scheduled time we’ll meet (online or in person) in my healing studio for half an hour.
This will give us a chance to get acquainted and explore where you are now and where you’re hoping to go.
Our conversation might lead to seeing how we can work together, if that truly feels like a good fit. It might lead to a referral to another practitioner, program, book, or support that you might not otherwise know about.
This isn’t a free coaching or healing session, because that alone won’t give you the shift you’re looking for; it’s a meeting, a discovery call, a place for curiosity and discernment.
My goal is to leave you with a sense of possibility and resourcefulness about moving forward.
